IMPORTANT WEATHER STATEMENT:
Most members of the AELL office team are located in Texas and experiencing significant difficulties with communication and connectivity due the the extreme winter weather event this week. As a result much of our office functionality is either much reduced or down. It appears these challenges will persist through the rest of the work week. Since 1984, Early Learning Leaders have been serving childcare directors, owners and administrators.

Provide access to a variety of quality professional resources impacting the early childhood field.
We achieve this purpose by providing quality services, including professional Membership, program Accreditation, annual national Conference and unique professional development and training opportunities designed specifically for individuals who lead early care and education programs.
