Enroll in Self-Study

The first step to becoming accredited through the National Accreditation Commission for Early Care and Education Programs is to enroll in Self-Study. Along with the Self-Study Application, a copy of the program’s current operating license and a copy of the latest licensing inspection report must be submitted to [email protected] as part of the application process.

Complete the online Self-Study enrollment below by choosing the fee that matches your Licensed Capacity (not Enrollment), and completing the application. You will also need to submit a copy of your operating license and a copy of your latest licensing inspection report. You can also download the Self-Study Enrollment Form directly to your computer. Programs can pay using a credit card or by check/invoice. If paying by check or invoice, submit a copy of the invoice and/or payment and mail to:

The Accreditation Manual will be mailed within two weeks of receipt of full payment, application, and licensing documentation.

The Self-Study is effective for two years from the date of enrollment. Programs must submit the Request for Validation Visit and all required support documents/materials prior to the expiration of the Self-Study.
