Director’s Round Table Discussion

Lynnette has been a small business owner for over 30 years. She owns and oversees currently Serendipity Children’s Center and PK Academy. Her center is licensed for 245 ages 6 week to age 12. She has a management team of 3 and 48 employees. Lynnette serves as Past President for NACCP now AELL and is currently serving on the Legacy Commission through AELL, offering fundraising opportunities to further support the organization. Her expertise in understanding small business is evident by the successful growth of her own business along with the other small businesses she has been involved in over the years. She has trained at the national level, is currently writing her first book, and is a small business coach. She is a vibrant, positive speaker whose life goal is to teach everyone she touches how to be the best version of themselves!
