The Curriculum Conundrum

Curriculum Conudrum is aimed toward providing leaders with the tools and insight on how to select, implement, evaluate and supplement curriculum. Curriculum is a crucial component to student success and without a thoughtful methodology towards curriculum selection and implementation, critical learning outcomes could be missed. This training will identify the challenges of curriculum implementation and prepare leaders to choose what is suitable and achievable for their learning population.
Originally from Chicago, IL, Jennice Black has been in education for over 13 years. She is a Summa Cum Laude Graduate from Saint Xavier Univeristy in Chicago with a B.A.S. in Early Childhood Education. Currently Jennice is pursuing a Master's from WGU in Curriculum and Design. She the center director and program design leader for the first Nevada Ready preschool programs for the YMCA of Southern Nevada. Her education efforts also include advocating amongst state legilsators for support of early childhood education and producing community events. Jennice's various roles have encompassed being an instructional coach, conference presenter, Clark County schools instructor and training facilitator.
