Diane Nicolet holds a BA in Early Childhood Education, MAT in the art of teaching, Education Specialist and a PhD in Educational leadership. Diane sucessfully completed the PITC training certification and Appreciative inquiry training. She is currently employed as the Center Director for E.L. Cord Child Care Center, located on the Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) campus in Reno, Nevada. Diane serves on local, state and national boards that deal directly with educational issues, regulatory components and child-family initiatives. Ron is a practicing attorney in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, with years of experience in child care law. He is a lecturer and consultant, training child care professionals on a variety of management and legal issues. He has co-authored a variety of publications, including "Current Issues in Child Care". Mr. McGuckin has volunteered on numerous boards and committees, receiving many awards and recognitions.
