This workshop will inspire how to spark the fire of passion in the lives of Early Childhood Directors and Owners. Using the model of Know, Be, Do we will create a visual action plan to cultivate your organizational culture by creating impact through influence. We will discuss the power of positive leadership and how to be an inspirational director that will successfully be able to motivate and manage. Which will inspire everyone on your team will be ALL IN!
Rachel Supalla began her career in Early Childhood 23 years ago. After moving to Montana, she started a part time preschool in her home with 5 children. She was Montessori certified in 2010 and Reggio Emilia trained in 2016. Rachel added second and third schools and now is the executive director of four centers serving 280 students and 50 employees. Rachel is a professional development specialist and consultant. She has a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood, P-3 education and a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Administration. Rachel has presented at local, state, head start and national conferences and proudly serves as an Ambassador and Board Committee member for the Association of Early Learning Leaders.
