The Association for Early Learning Leaders believes program excellence begins with strong leadership. Owners play a key role in shaping early care and education. The Owners Executive Series is a collaborative institute with a small group of owners from around the country. National legal expert Ron McGuckin and successful owner Mary Hornbeck lead in-depth sessions to share challenges and successes while brainstorming new ideas. Key topics guide the Executive Series, but the group and its current needs and challenges formulate the true content.
