About Legacy Builders Mentorship Program

- The Program provides coaching and mentoring intended to elevate the performance and outcomes for ECE leaders and their teams.
- Each cohort will have a maximum of ten (10) members.
- Cohorts will remain with their group and mentor for the full cycle. Subject matter specialists may be enlisted at the mentor’s discretion.
- Cohorts will meet monthly for 90 minutes with their assigned mentor for duration of six (6) month cycle.
- Optional 1-on-1 meetings with mentor(s) are available for additional fee.
- AELL membership is required.
