The 42nd Annual National Conference will be held on April 15-17, 2026 (Pre Conference April 14th), at the beautiful Grand Sierra Resort and Casino located at 2500 E 2nd St, Reno, NV 89595.

The Association for Early Learning Leaders invite dynamic and engaging presenters to share their expertise at the 42nd Annual National Conference, How Successful Directors Lead, taking place April 14-17, 2026, at the Grand Sierra Resort located in Reno, Nevada.

Our conference brings together passionate leaders, directors, owners, and administrators to learn, connect, and grow. We’re looking for presenters who can spark curiosity, challenge perspectives, and equip attendees with strategies they can put into action right away.

Please complete the 2026 Request for Proposal and Presenter Guidelines & Agreement to be considered for a breakout session. Proposals will be reviewed and evaluated based on content quality, alignment with conference tracks, and presenter experience. 

The Association will be accepting applications through October 15, 2025. The requests are thoroughly reviewed and presenters will be notified of acceptance no later than November 1, 2025.
