With over 17 years of experience in early childhood education, Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role as Member & Event Services Specialist with the Association for Early Learning Leaders. A Georgia native, she has dedicated her career to supporting young children and the educators who shape their futures. Inspired by her beloved Nanna, Jessica began her journey in childcare at the age of 17, working her way up from hands-on classroom roles to leadership positions that honed her expertise in curriculum development, program management, and administrative excellence.
She earned an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and later completed her Bachelor’s in Educational Studies, with a focus in Early Childhood Education. This strong academic foundation, combined with her hands-on experience in the classroom and beyond, has equipped her with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the field.
As a proud member of the AELL team, Jessica plays a vital role in coordinating events, supporting members, and fostering connections within the early education community. Her career reflects a true commitment to elevating the profession and ensuring that early educators have the resources and support they need to thrive.
