Erin Glenn has been in the field of Early Childhood Education for 25 plus years and has held many positions at the program level, ranging from classroom teacher to program director. Once Erin received her Master’s degree in Educational Psychology, she also began teaching adult students in the ECE department at the community college level. Erin now proudly serves as the Director of Accreditation for the National Accreditation Commission, the national accrediting body of the Association for Early Learning Leaders. Erin and her team support the elevation of quality learning experiences for young children as they guide hundreds of programs through the self-study and accreditation process each year.
