Debra Rodriguez

Debra has over 30 years of experience in the field of early childhood education. She began her career offering in-home childcare in Montana in 1990 and opened her first childcare center two years later. Debra relocated to Alaska in 2000 and went on to become partner and Executive Administrator of five successful childcare centers over the next 20 years. Although she no longer works directly in childcare, she maintains a strong passion for helping childcare professionals strengthen their leadership skills. Debra is proud to serve on the board of directors for AELL.
