Founder and CEO Brittney Luther started Young Sprouts Creative Learning Center in 2015 and opened the doors at the Azle South location in February 2016. Azle North followed soon after, opening in August 2018. As a second-generation child care facility operator, taking after her mother, who owned two centers, you could say Brittney’s passion for early education is in her blood!Brittney is a loving wife, mother, and aunt who also has a head for business, holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Business Strategies from Western Governors University. She founded Young Sprouts because she saw a need for quality, affordable child care and early education in her community. Having served as a teacher, director, mentor, and now CEO of various child care facilities, Brittney knows what it takes to provide the loving support families like yours need to thrive.Brittney is an active member of the Association for Early Learning Leaders and serves as the current Treasurer to the Board of Directors as well as an Association Ambassador. She lives to deliver the highest quality learning experience to all the Young Sprouts in her care. Brittney’s door is always open for families to ask questions, discuss concerns, and find the resources they deserve to be healthy and happy.
