Cancellations or requests to downsize booth space must be made in writing and sent to events[at]earlylearningleaders.org. A refund less than $1,000 will be given minus $125 processing fee if notice is received by February 17, 2017. No refunds will be given after February 17, 2017. The Association can sell cancelled or downsized booth space to another exhibitor without any rebate. The Association retains the right to relocate an exhibitor after downsizing.
