This two day training is an in-depth overview of the National Accreditation Commission Manual, Accreditation Standards and the Validation Visit process. To be formally appointed as a validator, participants must meet validator qualifications, attend the entire training, successfully complete exercises on child development and validator procedures, demonstrate the ability to make objective observations, and communicate observations in writing.

  

Cost: $50

Minimum requirement: BA in Early Care and Education or other closely related field, and relevant experience in ECE
