Make the most out of your conference experience by picking the perfect booth for your company. See below for more information.

 

BOOTH SPECS

Each booth includes an 8' high back wall and 3' high side drape one 6' draped table, two side chairs and one wastebasket. A standard booth sign 7" x 44" with company name and booth number will be provided.

APPLICATION FOR SPACE

Applications will be accepted via our website.Fill out the application to reserve your booth space. Booth reservations will only be accepted with a completed application and a minimum 50% deposit. Outstanding balances will need to be paid in full by January 15, 2017. Applications received after January 15, 2017 will require full payment of the booth rental fee.

 

Exhibit space is assigned on a first come, first serve basis. The Association for Early Learning Leaders reserves the right to reject a potential exhibitor on the grounds of questionable business practices or conflicting missions. Vendors will not be allowed to exhibit if the full payment has not been received by the AELL prior to move-in.

 

BALANCE DUE

Exhibitors will be invoiced for the balance due after a booth assignment has been made. If full payment is not received by the due date, booth may be released back into the general inventory. Cancellations Cancellations or requests to downsize booth space must be made in writing and sent to events[at]earlylearningleaders.org. A refund less than $1,000 will be given minus a $125 processing fee if notice is received by December 31, 2016. No refunds will be given after December 31, 2016. The Association can sell cancelled or downsized booth space to another exhibitor without any rebate. The Association retains the right to relocate an exhibitor after downsizing.
